職務内容
- Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
- Develops and manages specialised programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
- Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
- Responsible for continuing margin improvement activity and manage normal ECN/VAVE etc. change controls and LTA negotiation
- Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts
- Maintains good relationships with customers and responsible for collecting customer's needs and solve problems to exceed customer's expectations.
- Support function head to complete yearly growth and budget build up
- Reviewing cost and finance analysis model an build up quotation
理想の人材
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Bachelor Degree (Business, Finance, Economics) or in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2
- Minimum of 5 years commercial Sales Experience
- Experience interacting with clients in all global regions
- Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
- Experience in new customer development
- Experience with tooling and capital
- Experience with JOEMs
