Plan and execute the licensing business growth strategy in the designed category
Identify high-growth categories, identify new business opportunities
Business status analysis, consumer market, trend analysis
Renew and negotiate terms of existing contracts
Manage sales budget and performance
Closely cooperate with other departments (media, studio, store, game, publishing)
理想の人材
More than 5 years of corporate sales or marketing experience in consumer goods companies
Result-driven, strategic thinking, passionate, team player
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build trust relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
Negotiation skills in conflicting situations
Broad knowledge and deep insights on the distribution and retail industry
Japanese: Native level, English: Business level
