職務内容

This role will be reporting to the General Manager based in Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utility tunnelling market.
  • Conducting technical and commercial discussions with relevant stakeholders including clients, contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profitability.
  • Doing translation for technical and sales related documents - quotations, tender, etc.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.



理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Civil/Mechanical/any related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the tunnelling or construction equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of utility tunnelling equipment and processes.
  • Native in Japanese and business level English.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
