Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with biggest key Japanese accounts.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with teams across the organization to achieve objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience: At least 5-10 years of managing customer relationships in a business-to-business environment.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the nylon 66 supply chain, automotive safety systems, and industrial fibers.
  • Negotiation skills: Proficiency in negotiation, particularly in Japanese and English.
  • Financial acumen: A solid grasp of financial concepts and business operations.
