Our client is the global manufacturer in lubricants, and related speciality products. With the growing demand, they are currently looking to further expand their team and presence in Japan.

職務内容

  • Mainly Sales and Business development of antirust agent for First fill use and Aftermarket use in Automotive and Off-highway industries
  • Lead cross-functional team both in Japan and outside of Japan
  • Support sales and order management activities including office administrative duties
  • Develop and achieve sales/margin budget including appropriate price setting
  • Support budget preparation and ensure compliance
  • Help establish a communication path with customers to ensure sales opportunities for products and services
  • Conduct market research via customer visits, calls, interviews, etc. to identify and understand customers' expectations and needs

理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business preferred
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive field
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Experience in sales channel management
  • Basic understanding of cost composition in manufacturing field
  • Experience in organizing factory audit by OEMs is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of INCOTERMS or Experience in import business is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Management system such as VDA6.3 or IATF16949 is a plus
