  • Doing Business Development and managing accounts for Adhesives and Coatings to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s
  • Managing Team Members

  • Experience in B2B Sales for the chemical market
  • Experience in the automotive market
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Business Level English

条件・待遇

1) Holidays: Sat, Sun, National holidays and company holidays (Dec 30-Jan 3) and summer holiday is 3 days.

2) Social Insurance: Health Ins., Welfare Pension Ins., Employment Ins. & Labor Ins.

3) Annual Paid Leave: 3 days after 3 months of employment, 10 days after 6 months of employment. Max 20 days/ year

4) Salary system: monthly salary system (annual salary = monthly salary ×12 month)

5) Retirement Allowance: Available, based on years of service

6) Benefit package: Available
