Our client is the leading telecom giant in the world which operates globally which operates wireless services and products. They are the second largest telecommunications provider in the world, in Japan they focus on networking and security sector.
-Ensure that all sales targets are consistently met and that the Sales members are accountable for profitable sales.
-Responsible for positioning of the Sales team structure to meet Sales objectives and revise if necessary.
-Demonstrate strong leadership in managing the Japan operations.
-Execute on the Japan strategy including interlocks with other functions, accounts and target assignment, achievement of targets.
-Collaborate with the technical sales teams to ensure delivery of pre-sales, consulting, and technical specialist's activity.
-Ability to lead, coach,motivate, and inspired a team to high performance.
-Strong connections with local and global enterprise customers.
-Experience in consulting with CXO level executives within customer base.
-Solid technical enterprise solutions background.
-Fluency in English and Japanese and willingness to travel.
-Staff management experience with the ability to drive strategy and provide direction to team members.
-Ability to ensure that the structure of the sales team is correctly positioned to meet the sales objectives.
