About Our Client
Our client specializes in Data-center infrastructure management software, Data-center switches and data-center power management devices. In this field they are the leaders and they are quickly expanding.
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in the IT infrastructure and Hardware industry, preferably in multi-national organizations
Good knowledge of PC, IP networks/communications and Windows/Linux servers
Hands-on experience to resolve many variety of customer incidents and possess methodologies to close cases independently
Good team work spirit with good communication and commitment
Ability to adapt to a new environment, to understand the requirements, , and to work under pressure
The Successful Applicant
Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Information Systems, or relevant qualifications
Electrical Work related certification, those hand-on experience
IT related certification
Able to understand LAN and WAN environment thoroughly.
Basic command of English, especially reading and writing (a score of above 500 in TOEIC)
Digital and Analogy related certification
KVM remote access/ intelligent Power products' hardware design/test/support experience is preferred.
Familiar with a Data Center environment (include Datacenter Facilities, power management etc...)

* Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme
