職務内容
Responsibility for Japanese Automotive OEM (primarily domestically but involved in global business activities of those OEM through global KAM organisation)
Successfully manage existing business in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders (plants, KAM teams, both local and throughout other regions)
Budget and MTP responsibility for assigned market
Holder of position is expected to take the lead of 2 Key Accounts him/herself for the global business
Networking on equivalent customer/OEM level, critical for business
Supervision/Management of Key Customer/Development projects with assigned team members
理想の人材
Has professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales position within a Tier1 relation
Has a solid commercial educational background (e.g. MBA or comparable experience) or engineering degree with profound practical commercial experience would be a plus
Has project management experience, ideally in cross cultural projects
Open minded, strong leader, able and used to work in global organisations and with multicultural teams
