Our client is has a wide trade organisations, also a number of engineers and technicians working in research and development within the company.
職務内容
Maintain and manage relationships to key decision makers, while ensuring customer satisfaction
Coordinate diverse commercial activities globally between customers and the global organisations for Electronics products, including pricing negotiations, business acquisition, program management, purchasing contracts, etc
Set and develop customer customer strategies for new business opportunities
Research to provide technical& commercial market information for the team
Determine sales budget and spending estimates for fiscal year business plan, also create goals & objectives for local and global Sales Managers with constant follow up on monitoring & evaluating
理想の人材
Sales experience with Japanese OEM customers, previous experience as a Sales Director or other managerial position with delegating or guiding personnel responsibility
Understanding of automotive development, sourcing and launch process
Customer network with Manager level and above, with ability to network and create relevant customer relationships
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills who can work well in a multi- cultural environment
