- Full responsible of driving revenue & ensuring high sales productivity with identified and implemented KPIs.
- Originate own funnel to supplement Regional Target.
- Develop and maintain contact with key high-level personnel in TOP customer's organisation's throughout area of responsibility.
- Identify and develop customer engagement programs to drive market awareness and build customer loyalty.
- Review and propose action on reports prepared by Sales Manager - on market intelligence, sales strategies and quarterly competitive analysis review.
- Manage and foster accurate business forecasting and maintain an appropriate value level sales funnel for future business.
- Entrepreneurial and driven individual with successful selling experience in telecommunication environment.
- Strong selling and business development relationship building skills.
- Ability to multitask and think out of the box.
- Strong connection with communication service provider in Japan.
- IT, Telecoms and/or solution selling experience.
- Knowledge of technical environments (RAN, OpenRAN, 4G, 5G, mmWave etc)
- Be the part of the growing business.
