Our client is a pioneer in all-inclusive premium travel with over 60 luxury resorts and a presence in the most sought-after destinations globally. The brand is known for its vibrant, multicultural teams and commitment to offering life-changing travel experiences.

職務内容

  • Lead and grow both the FIT and MICE sales teams, including goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build and execute commercial action plans with key travel agencies, including promotions, incentives, and educational tours.
  • Monitor revenue and performance targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure commercial success.
  • Own the negotiation and management of all B2B contracts and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, call centres, and finance to align on multichannel strategy.

理想の人材

  • Experience in B2B sales within the travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese tourism market and agency networks.
  • Strong team leadership and development experience.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
