My client is a highly technology and solutions driven company, expertise in building and operating a fully virtualized, cloud-native, Open RAN mobile network. They provide a foundation for building future communication infrastructure that is more open, more flexible, and more efficient.

Job Description

  • The role is responsible for managing and growing sales in a specific region, with a focus on telecom cloud sales.
  • This includes achieving revenue targets and consistently generating demand to build a strong sales pipeline that drives conversions.
  • The individual will collaborate closely with pre-sales and solution engineering teams to secure new deals and will leverage partner and go-to-market relationships to amplify sales efforts.
  • As the region grows and market potential expands, the role may include managing direct reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • This position will require 10+ years of leadership experience in consultative cloud software sales, especially in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS), with at least 5 years of in-region experience in Cloud, Orchestration, and Virtualization/HCI.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and a proven CxO network in Telecom/CSPs.
  • The candidate must thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team environment, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
