The luxury furniture company is a globally recognized brand dedicated to providing luxury, customizable interior solutions, and fostering a customer-centric, innovative environment in the heart of Tokyo.

Job Description

  • Offer bespoke interior design consultations using 3D simulators to visualize custom options for clients' spaces.
  • Visit clients' homes to ensure tailored and effective design proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product lines and effectively communicate in Japanese with customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a luxurious in-store experience for high-end customers.



The Successful Applicant

  • Passion for interior design and creating enriching customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with at least 3 y.ears of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in sales or client-focused roles; familiarity with luxury brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute innovatively to the team's success.



What's on Offer

  • Base salary between ¥250,000 to ¥300,000 per month (excluding commission and transport).
  • Performance-based monthly bonuses and employee discounts.
  • Comprehensive social insurance, travel allowance, and paid annual leave (121 days annually).
  • Additional perks include paid maternity/paternity leave, etc.
