Sales Assistant (Part-time)
Part time hours: 5 - 6 hours per day

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and distribute mail/deliveries
- General support for overseas visitors
- Process orders
- Create expense reports
- Book travel and accommodation
- Schedule meetings, book meeting room and send out agenda
- Coordination of legal documents
- Other ad hoc support as requested by the Sales team
- Experience as Sales Assistant or similar is preferred
- Experience in IT and/or international company preferred
- Intermediate skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Reading & writing level English (TOIEC 650 +)
- Able to work with flexibility, team player, enjoys supporting busy team
- Flexible working hours: 9:00 - 14:00, 10:00 - 15:00, 11:00 - 16:00 etc
