Provide administrative support to the sales director (including answering phones, arranging couriers, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries and arranging meeting, drafting reports, organizing events) .
Provide secretary support to the team ( including answering phones, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries, etc.)
Sales support dealing with invoices, sales order, logistic documentation, inventory.
Fluent in Japanese and business level in English
Good PC and excel skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in an industry is a plus
Work in an international and stable environment with flexible hours
Use of English
