The client is a famous international company with its headquarter base in the US. They have around 60 people in Tokyo office and a sales support team of 6 people.
Act as Customer Service Representative to support Client Engagement Team (Sales Team)
- Perform sales coordination activities on daily logistics.
- Conduct sales administration related Reports, forecast entry etc.
- Align with Internal Teams and provide timely logistics support
- Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, inventory
- Order Management i.e. Sample, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification, RMA
- Office Admin jobs
- Proficient in English & Japanese
- Experience in working as sales support
