- Stock management ( repair of goods, sending goods to the stores, return process, inventory).
- Administration (daily use of excel, database updates, invoices discrepancies, phone)
- Support sales team
- Previous experience in sales in luxury industry
- Teamwork mindset
- Good communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Vloop, Pivot functions)
- Good work life balance in a stable environment
- Work in an exciting industry in the center of Tokyo
