職務内容

  • Act as the primary system engineer for retail applications and customer engagement systems across APAC.
  • Provide ongoing support for incidents and errors, while managing stakeholder communications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through global collaboration with vendors.
  • Oversee system testing and manage vendor performance.
  • Ensure smooth handover post-project deployment to support teams.



理想の人材

  • Knowledge of SQL, API, JavaScript, and web/iOS applications.
  • Experience with system integration and data flow diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose system issues from a technical perspective.
  • Project/vendor management experience in a regional, cross-functional setting.
  • Bilingual skills in Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus).
