Be the first contact when it comes to IT issues for both store and back-office staff
Collaborate with APAC IT team, escalate issues when necessary
Minimum 2 years of back-office or store supporting experience
POS related HW/SW skills are a big plus
English and Japanese are required for this position
Salary base up to 6 million based on experience & knowledge
