  • 20+ stores with 3 Flagships, they are opening averagely 3, 4 store per year
  • Currently 40 people in office and 80 people in retail operation.
  • The company has been enjoying double digit growth. Japan is the best performing country amongst all key regions and is considered one of the 4 core markets (with China, France and Germany) and is prioritized for investment and support.

Job Description

  • Manage 20+ stores, including direct and franchised locations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Managing Director to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs and standards.
  • Lead and mentor store managers and staff.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with global leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Seasoned retail professional with a background in premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in franchise store management preferred.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
