Our client is a well-known luxury brand with history and a well-established customer base in Japan. In their Japanese office they have a stable and dynamic team. They looking for someone sharing the same passion for the industry to join their team.
Provide administrative support to the retail director and retail manager (including answering phones, arranging couriers, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries and arranging meeting, drafting reports, organizing events) .
Provide secretary support to the retail team ( including answering phones, arranging couriers, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries, office management, etc.)
Coordinate store events and any other special projects required
Fluent in Japanese and high business level in English
Excellent schedule organization and time management.
Good PC skills
Previous experience as an assistant
Flexible and teamwork mind
Work in an international and stable environment with flexible hours
Use of English daily
