Job Description
-Be the key connector between the 1st & 2nd line of defence and foreign branches
-Monitor, advise and manage the teams in overseas branches ensuring that the governance frameworks are followed properly
-Interact with local staff as well as Japanese speaking specialists while promoting efficiency improvements in Control and Risk Frameworks
-Help shape a new role and assist in improving internal processes in overseas branches
The Successful Applicant
-3+ Years of Experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, IT-Management, Compliance & Governance or Process Management
-Full Professional level Proficiency in Japanese
-Business level Proficiency in English
-Preferably experience in Wholesale Banking Industry
