Job Description
- Take lead in the management in regulatory compliance for company's manufactures and vendors to ensure effective compliance based off of regulations, quality agreements, company policies
- Perform necessary audits when needed to match government regulations, international standards
- Assure site quality systems audits that is in compliance with ISO, GMP, QSR, and other regulatory requirements
- Can serve as lead auditor, leading junior members in developing proper guidance
- Monitor effective supplier corrective actions, review supplier data
- Work with external/internal stakeholders to align company objectives effectively
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree in relavent scientific or engineering field
- Experienced in pharmaceutical or cosmetic environment with proper knowledge in ISO or QSQ CQA background
- Ability to conduct and management of audits/inspections
- Knowledge of dealing with health authority inspections, quality related methods, and other applications within quality management tools
- High fluency in English and Japanese (Non-native speakers will not be selected)
- Ability to be independent as well as team environment
