Our client is a European based company that has a specific line of (PPE) personal protective equipment for footwear/shoes. The client is looking for someone to be based in Japan, managing and leading Japan business.

職務内容

  • Enhancing the sales performance of PPE products within the Japanese market
  • Expanding the network of retailers and distributors
  • Engaging in extensive travel to meet with clients and prospects across different regions
  • Compiling and assessing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Achieving predetermined sales targets set by the Sales Director
  • Participating in local exhibitions and events to showcase products and build industry connections

理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education level
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry such as shoes, footwear, gloves, etc.
  • Proficient in the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and delivering presentations
