Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective training and motivation.
  • Strategize and manage sales operations, maintaining accurate internal systems and supporting team performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and expand the company's presence in Japan.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to align team efforts with broader regional goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a results-oriented leader with:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Excel in strategic planning, team motivation, and market analysis, ideally with knowledge in IoT or telecommunications.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, they can drive sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Bilingualism in Japanese and English.
