About Our Client
Our client is a global leading company who provide cloud based data solution (enterprise software). Currently they have 5 around employee in Japan and has plan to expanding soon in the remaining 2020 and beginning of 2021. This position will be reporting to APAC Director.
- Develop the individuals on the team through call-shadowing with immediate feedback, as well as ongoing 1:1 coaching
- Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring leadership and strategic support to large deals
- Oversight of leads and pipeline management in CRM system
- Leadership and management of the Sales team including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management
- Understanding of the assigned sales market and ability to develop sales representatives' and managers' skill sets working within these accounts.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong sales skills and successful sales record in past 5-10 years.
- Recruiting experience as a hiring manager, strong management skills
- Solid track record of building and developing highly effective sales talent
- Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments within an organization
- Experience within Cloud based solution or Enterprise software, is a plus
