THE TEAM:

Connectivity market is a rising market with great exposure to high tech and a larger business scope in electronics and semiconductor industry. We are keen to build up this desk as high performing, dynamic and the closest network in both Japan and APAC market. You will be able to work with a group of passionate specialists in the market, finding the business opportunities together and getting the highest chance to be successful.

The Connectivity team is home of some of our top billers in the office. You will be working with well-versed recruiters with over 8 years of recruitment experience in the BtoB field. You will be working in a vibrant and booming market with several business opportunities. This is a warm desk with multiple key clients to take over from day one. The team culture is focused on openness as well as keeping clear communication and not being afraid to share and receive feedback.

職務内容

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

理想の人材

  • Fluency in English (Business level)
  • A proven track record in sales/business development/account management, or recruitment.
  • Experience interacting with clients or/and business development is preferred
  • Ability to work in a Goal/KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and target oriented environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to overcome objection and be resilient.
  • Outgoing, proactive, have strong communication skills and be a team player.

COMPENSATION:
You will start with a guaranteed competitive base salary (based on skills and experience) with quarterly incentive based on your individual and team performance.
