THE TEAM:

As part of our BtoB Marketing desk, you will be working as a consultant responsible for full spectrum of recruitment, introducing bilingual (Japanese - English) Professionals into roles such as Country Marketing Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager, Head of Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing Manager, across the Automotive, Electronics, Industrial, Renewable, Chemicals, IT industries, FS and Consulting.

The BtoB marketing desk is part of the top 3 highest productivity (revenue making) desks in the Japan office, offering tremendous business opportunities in a dynamic and exciting market (new marketing technology, new marketing trends, marketing transformation etc).

The team offers a solid business foundation with a warm desk, where you will have a chance to work with new and existing clients, developing your own desk in a highly growing market with lots needs in recruitment.
The team has one of the highest rates of promotion in the business (6 months to promote on average) alongside with a customised and well thought career path that aligns with each member's career goals. You will be part of a team that has been consistently exceeding revenue target and business expectation.

職務内容

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

理想の人材

  • Fluency in English (Business level)
  • A proven track record in sales/business development/account management, or recruitment.
  • Experience interacting with clients or/and business development is preferred
  • Ability to work in a Goal/KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and target oriented environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to overcome objection and be resilient.
  • Outgoing, proactive, have strong communication skills and be a team player.

COMPENSATION:
You will start with a guaranteed competitive base salary (based on skills and experience) with quarterly incentive based on your individual and team performance.
