Job Description

  • Handle logistics of the recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling
  • Assess candidates
  • Review and improve recruitment strategies
  • Capture and report company-wide expenses
  • Daily administration work

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of administrative or recruitment experience
  • Japanese fluency and business level English
  • Ability to multitask
  • Critical thinking
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
