Job Description

  • Working closely with hiring managers for end to end recruitment activities in Japan and overseas
  • Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans
  • Providing guidance and advice to leaders based on the current market (locally and overseas)
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and business level English
  • At least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience in various roles and levels in Japan(experience in hiring for Engineers is an advantage)
  • Can do attitude - and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to say NO and provide advice when needed
