職務内容
- Develop the concepts of the formulation technology and establish the action plan for the individual R&D projects along with the concept and implement the plan.
- Bring new ideas to evaluate the performance of new formulations to demonstrate a part of the actual performance in the target applications.
- Propose an annual budget for the R&D projects and the local production of racing oils and monitor the progress of the expense to keep it within the budget.
- Provide technical solutions to the product management team in Asia Pacific and consult the technology and performance for them to create USP and FAB.
- Follow and monitor the industrial trend in the automotive industry, share the updated info with the product management team in MAP and reflect to the projects if necessary.
- Approve the formulation of the products for the production in the MAP territory

- Strong experience in the R&D or/and technical service of automotive lubricants.
- Good experience to manage a team and projects as a leader of the team.
- Familiar to the matrix organization and multi-national culture in the operation.
- English and Japanese proficiency in writing, reading, hearing and speaking.
- Self-starter, proactive and objective oriented.
