Job Description

This Quality Assurance Specialist position, based in Osaka, requires you to fulfil the following responsibilities:

Establish, manage and revise if necessary the Device Master File per each approval file
Establish,manage and revise SOP's based on QMS (Ordinance 169)
Process (take necessary measures) and report complaints to the company
Start and create investigation reports if necessary (based on customer requests)
Take and implement Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions on QMS
Inspect the products and report if consistent with the standards
Decide the release of the product to the market

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful applicant for this Quality Assurance Specialist position, you will need the following:

High school graduation or higher. Education in engineering is preferred
6 years experience minimum in quality assurance in healthcare industries (medical devices / pharmaceuticals) or any other industry (manufacturing / electronics / semiconductors / automotive...)
Knowledge about basic analytical techniques
Fluent Japanese language / English communication skills is mandatory
