Job Description
- Execution of QC analysis and maintenance and improvement of its technical level
- Introduction of new QC analysis method and establishment and execution of stable operation of it
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of analyzers in the laboratory, and high safety Maintaining work standards
- Creating various QC-related materials, including procedure manuals, reports, and presentation materials for customers- When it is necessary to manage the progress of QC analysis (internal, outsourcing), aggregate and analyze/change the results.
- Gathering and manufacturing necessary data along the process , engineering, cooperation with process and material development teams
The Successful Applicant
- Practical experience in the manufacturing industry (Technical system)
- Equipment such as gas chromatography, mass spectrometer, FTIR, thermal analysis (eg DSC / TGA), HPLC, NMR, etc.
- Experience in handling and chemical analysis of chemicals (gas, liquid or solid) that are susceptible to air or moisture
- Analysis of QC or development experience in the manufacturing industry
- Technical work experience in a multinational company (manufacturing industry)
- Technical work experience in the chemical industry
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry / materials science or higher
- Japanese (business level) English (Intermediate)
- Basic knowledge of quality control, HSE, and risk management
