Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for regular system releases, ensuring smooth execution and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Track test progress, manage defects, and provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and offshore teams to validate fixes and support release readiness.
  • Prepare test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing or QA, including solid expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and offshore teams.
  • Japanese and English Business Level required
  • Possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage test cycles, documentation, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Is proficient in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and has a good understanding of the full testing lifecycle and best practices.
