Job Description

  • Execute end‑to‑end QA activities, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure high product reliability.
  • Build, maintain, and improve automation test frameworks and test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and delivery speed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams through reviews, discussions, and regular communication to align on quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects, document findings accurately, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and product quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in QA methodologies, with the ability to design comprehensive test plans and execute them with accuracy and consistency.
  • Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, including performing effective root cause analysis to drive long‑term quality improvements.
  • Possesses hands‑on experience or strong aptitude for automation (API/UI), with the motivation to expand automation coverage and improve testing efficiency.
  • Communicates effectively in English and collaborates smoothly with global teams, contributing to discussions, reviews, and cross‑functional problem‑solving.
