Job Description

  • Supporting company's QMS to implement effective compliance
  • Focus on document control for quality systems, eQMS, eDMS, and other essential systems
  • Support internal/external audit
  • Manage any CAPA when necessary
  • Communicate with global stakeholders and cross-functioning departments
  • Work with 3PL, manufacturers, and other distributors to ensure activities are run smoothly

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in scientific or related environment
  • High fluency in English and Japanese (non-native level speakers will not be selected)
  • Extensive QA experience in the IVD or Medical Device industry
  • Exposure to supporting audits with health authorities and other notified bodies
