Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage local procurement activities for both direct and indirect materials.
  • Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and payment.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support qualification and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations to optimize stock.
  • Manage material master data and ensure accuracy in procurement systems.
  • Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve procurement-related issues and improve processes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchasing Leader should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with SAP (MM, Ariba) and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Business-level English proficiency is preferred.
