職務内容



  • Execute the Pulp Mill sales strategy in Japan, engaging both customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on Advanced Process Controls (APC).
  • Conduct system audits, develop value propositions for solutions and confidently present the findings to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers across a broad spectrum of management.
  • Accountability for developing and maintaining a sales funnel to drive growth in pulp mill business in Japan.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute and follow pilots / trials, surveys and services that support the business proposal to ensure sales conversion.
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, performance validation and acceptance of pulp mill solutions including APC across all customer sites in Japan with the execution team.
  • Act as primary contact for the customer with respect to pulp APC applications.
  • Work with regional and global subject matter experts to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of best practices
  • Generate monthly reports to summarize sales funnel, existing application performance and ongoing service activities.
  • Clearly communicate plans and progress to customers and the company.
  • Participate as a team member of or managing larger regional projects as assigned.

理想の人材

  • Fluency in written and spoken Japanese is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Extensive experience with pulp mill or a pulp mill related business
  • Comfortable working within a pulp mill setting and familiar with the pulp and papermaking process.
  • The ability to demonstrate knowledge and credibility at senior customer level is essential.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • The ability to work with different cultures.
  • Complex troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to function in, or lead as assigned, multi-functional project teams.
  • Effective interaction with Global and Regional specialist teams.
  • Strong computer programming skills and knowledge of computer networking
  • Project management skills.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
