This is a Bilingual Project Manager position at AI-powered Supply Chain Planning solutions company headquartered in the US. We are looking for Project Manager at all level from associate ~ mid ~ senior level.

Job Description

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of projects.
  • Develop and align detailed project plans with all stakeholders.
  • Track progress, document deviations, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Approve timesheets and invoices promptly.
  • Ensure team members understand their tasks and deliverables.
  • Document and manage project risks and issues.
  • Provide knowledge transition and documentation post go-live.
  • Engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in software project management through the full lifecycle
  • Fluent in Japanese to communicate with clients.
  • Business level English to communicate with internal teams.
  • Good to have experience relating to supply chain planning or relevant solutions; or working in the supply chain/logistics domain.
