Job Description

  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project schedules and budget management to meet set targets and deadlines.
  • Lead the entire project cycle from development to post-occupancy support.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive project progress and resolve any issues promptly.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has a solid background in architecture or design-related fields.
  • Possesses 8+ years of project management experience in construction or interior design projects.
  • Demonstrates strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced in managing the complete project cycle, from initial development through to final handover.
  • Knowledgeable about building regulations, structural standards, and design principles.
  • Holds an architectural license (preferred).
  • Capable of effective communication in English (preferred).
