Job Description

  • Manage task, project, and product planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Develop medium- to long-term project plans for products and support release/operation approvals.
  • Communicate with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage product backlogs and oversee tasks required for product maintenance and growth.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports and investigate user inquiries related to service charges.
  • Adjust and allocate server resources based on user demand forecasts and priorities.
  • Create sales, cost, and profit KPI reports, and assist in budget planning for the group.
  • Handle miscellaneous non-engineering tasks, including user inquiries, surveys, and managing operational tasks.

  • Technical Skills: Experience in web/cloud/Linux development or project management in related fields.
  • Meeting Leadership: Capable of leading meetings in English, taking minutes, and guiding discussions with clarity.
  • Process Improvement: Understands existing processes and proposes new systems to improve team performance.
  • PC and Excel Skills: Proficient in using keyboard shortcuts and advanced Excel functions (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Spill functions). Basic PowerPoint skills for creating slides with charts and tables.
  • Programming: Basic programming experience in Python, Shell, or similar languages. A degree in Computer Science is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Japanese is NOT required.
