We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (all level) to oversee the delivery of AI-powered insurance solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution, aligning stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business expansion in Japan.

With a presence in major global markets, the company partners with leading insurers to drive digital transformation (DX) and business innovation.

Job Description

  • Lead project implementation, working closely with global engineering teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication between business and IT teams to align project objectives.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs, defining project methodologies, and validating requirements.
  • Manage project profitability, pricing, and commercial offers.
  • Drive internal strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and company growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of project management experience in relevant technologies such as SaaS Solutions, or AI, or insurance technologies
  • Excellent communication with fluency in Japanese and business level English.
  • PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
