About Our Client

This client is providing software solutions to manage risk and compliance and optimize payment processes. Their office in Higashi Azabu has around 5 people in the team and is currently growing very quickly. They are looking for a Product Support Analyst to support the rest of the team and their clients with adopting the software.

Job Description

- Work together with the internal technical team and the client to assist with any troubleshooting regarding risk and compliance issues, as well as payment process efficiency.
- Good understanding of web services and Java-based applications.
- Experience with database management tools (eg. Oracle, SQL Server)
- Understanding analyzing server logs from applications and web applications.
- Able to work independently, with a strong focus on client success.

The Successful Applicant

- 3 years of experience in a technical support role or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Good understanding of an incident management platform (eg. Salesforce).
- Basic experience with programming languages (Java, C++, C#, Python, VB, etc.)
- Good communication skills, including native level Japanese and business level English.
