Based on the new product information provided by the German HQ, understand the functions of each product before launching in Japan, grasp the features and differentiation, assume industries and applications that match the Japanese market, and establish sales strategies.
To carry out activities based on the Launch process so that sales will start smoothly, and the sales strategy will achieve our sales target as succeed. ➢ Training from Product Managers in the German HQ ➢ Choosing target applications and customers ➢ Making promotion materials (presentations, talk scripts) that make it easy to introduce new products ➢ Verification of strategy and each material by visiting target customers ➢ To hold training / meeting for the sales team ➢ Completion of promotion and marketing materials working with marketing team ➢ Materials include introduction presentation, catalogs, leaflets, digest e-mails, demo kits/ samples creation and arrangement, products introduction videos, etc.
Customer visits with the sales team of sales expansion target products that should be particularly important and focused among new products.
Answers to technical questions about existing products, inquiries to Germany or the technical team (SC2 / FTSE).
Creation of measurement and verification result reports and proposal reports when a customer requests verification of a specific product.
The Successful Applicant
Product sales require understanding and activities of the three roles. Sales, engineering and marketing. Moreover, this position need to cooperate with each department to drive strongly efficient and effective sales expansion activities.
