Job Description

  • Develop short- and medium- to long-term product strategies, including portfolio planning, promotions, and product training for sales teams.
  • Introduce new products from overseas suppliers, including price negotiation and launch execution.
  • Analyze sales performance, competitor trends, and market data to guide strategy and product development.
  • Lead product projects, manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and report progress to management.
  • Ensure financial oversight, including pricing, cost management, and trial calculations for new product introductions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in medical devices, consumables, or consumer goods, with 3+ years handling overseas product introductions.
  • Strong English communication skills for international collaboration; advanced PC skills including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing product figures and financial projections.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to respond to irregular situations, meet timelines, and align cross-functional teams toward business objectives.
