職務内容

  • Plan and design product features for the customer information system
  • Conduct market research, user needs analysis, and pain‑point discovery
  • Collaborate with business planning, engineering, marketing, sales, and other functions
  • Build and manage product roadmaps and drive releases
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for SaaS/package solutions
  • Report progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to additional platform‑related product initiatives

理想の人材

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience planning B2B system products
  • Track record of building and executing GTM strategies for SaaS/package products
  • Business‑level Japanese and English
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end development processes from requirements to release
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to navigate complexity and build consensus
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and forming hypotheses
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of electricity retail, customer management systems, or Japanese corporate workflows
