Job Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for Cardiovascular Systems in alignment with global business objectives.
  • Manage local product launches, ensuring they are aligned with global strategies.
  • Support sales teams by providing market insights, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools.
  • Plan and execute KOL management and customer-facing events to increase brand preference and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with global product management teams and local cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sales specialists and clinical application specialists for pre-sales support.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably within the medical devices or software sector, and expertise in cardiovascular informatics. You should possess strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and demonstrated success in setting and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of program and portfolio management is essential, and experience in cardiology is a plus.
