職務内容

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute sourcing strategies to support the company's goals while optimizing costs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for procurement, aligning strategies with broader company objectives and ensuring business needs are efficiently met.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee supplier selection, conduct negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure supplier performance aligns with standards.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Seek and implement improvements within procurement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the procurement team, promoting a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

理想の人材

  • Holds a bachelor's degree; an MBA or specific procurement accreditation is preferred.
  • Comes with 7-10 years of relevant experience in procurement or related fields.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Has proven project management abilities and a history of improving procurement processes.
  • Is fluent in Japanese and proficient in English, with international experience being a significant plus.
