Job Description
- New products new raw materials selection and arrange support for the development process operations how to build a new manufacturing process (including raw materials arrange schedule adjustment) creation and execution of and manufacturing test plan, safety and confirm the quality risk of the new manufacturing process
- Various preparations for the start of actual production in collaboration with related departments (process chart, manufacturing setting value information, etc.)
- Moderator / progress of new product launch meeting /idea / execution of cost improvement through improvement of existing products and process improvement.
- Leading the process development of new product manufacturing and preparing mass production regeneration
- Aiming for productivity and cost improvement through improvement of existing products and process improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor of Chemistry / Mechanical or equivalent knowledge / skills
- Basic level of English and Fluent in Japanese
- Understanding and use of problem solving tools
- Improvement awareness, problem solving ability
- Good experiences in Process/Production in Food industry
